The weekend and all its glory.

Happy Monday once again, Its me, The loveable, ever sexy, talented Weirdoking, coming to you, in the form of a blog that has inspired my brain, once again to write it down, for all to share......Whew, that was a mouthful. Bare with me, sometimes I tend to do that, and since I've been out of school so long, the grammar and english studies, have left my memory banks and i tend to do that..(see, I'm doing it again... I'll stop.)

Well, its Monday. Again. lol. And if your reading this, and im writing this, then no doubt, the rapture that was gonna take place..... Didn't. Or if it did, then we are all thats left behind. Over the course of last friday into sunday, i watched the news. Detailing of the so called even that was to take place at 6pm on the 21st. I also learned that the guy, that predicted this, well, lets just say it wasnt his first rodeo, when predicting the last days of the world as we know it. My thought on this was... What made him so special and think this through. Did he have a chance encounter with the almighty or did he smoke some dope, slip and fell in a tub, while holding a blow dryer, woke up and say..you know what, I think the world will end when i say it will. What a dumbass. But, We live in a country where freedom is pushed. Sad thing is.. this guy also had followers. People gave up everything for him. Jobs, families, friends, and probably who knows what else. I thought about him for just a brief moment at 6:01. Thats when everyone that followed him, were beating the over loving crap outta him. Lesson learned from this, I hope. Moving on, On Friday, when the coming fake rapture was getting all the attention. Something happened to a legend that should have gotten more that that did. The wrestling world, lost a true icon. Randy " The Macho Man " Savage, was killed in a car wreck after suffering a heart attack. I can remember watching him is matches and seeing him on commercials. He, in my opinion, was a legend, a true show stopper and great performer. You will be missed. Next and finally on my list of topics from this weekend, Yesterday on sunday afternoon.

Mother nature, again unleashed her fury, on another town. A masive tornado ripped through Joplin Missouri and devastated it and surrounding areas. At the time of me writing this post, 89 was the death toll and it was probably gonna climb in munbers. My heart and prayers go out to all those affected and those who lost someone. There are efforts being made to show some support. You can get to it here, if your willing or wanting too.

This weekend was sure full of surprises, upsets and turmoil. I wonder whats in store for the upcoming week. Stay tuned and thanks for reading and enjoying. Untill next time...

Ya'll stay hard, Keep jammin', and We'll see ya....

Is it really the end!

Happy Friday to all, its me, The Weirdoking, coming to you again, and for what could be the last time. No, Im not quitting my blog. But if the Rapture, As some nutjob, Displaying their rants and raving, on every media outlet known to man. They claim that the end of the world, is gonna happen on May 21st. If this is the case, then the time has come. But if this isnt the time, Im sure that come late Saturday night or early Sunday morning, that person will be having a really bad day. Unless, we are all proven wrong and it happens the next day to catch us all off balance, i know alot of people are partying into tonight and tomorrow. I bet right now, Prince is thinking, "Damn, if id only had written a rapture song to party and dance too", well you didnt. So today, R.E.M, is taking all the love and credit. For what its worth... if it does happen, then this will truly be my last blog. I have come to know and met some very interesting individuals. I love you all. But, im sure that ill be blogging on Monday, talking about what did and didnt happen. So folks, Enjoy what could be your last and its been a pleasure.

So until next time ( if there is a time)

Reflections of the past few days and 33 years.

Howdy Folks, Its me, the Weirdoking, coming to you once again, in rare blogging form. Its been a few since my last blog, so buckle up and lets get started. Since my last check-in, ive been in a election, had an erection ( or two or twenty thousand ), celebrated an birthday, had an all out bid war and won and obtained an injury. Of course along the way, during all this fun, i've managed to sleep and work a butt load of hours at work.

So first off, Last Thursday. The Fire Department, held the monthly business meeting and the yearly elections, that happened to fall on that night. For the past year, I have held the position of Vice President of the dept. , and head chairman of fundraising and finances. I have recently have taken an absense, so i havent responded to many calls. I didnt think i would get any positions or votes, but i was wrong and was re-elected to the same two positions. Also on a side note, im back to responding and doing what i do best.

On Sunday the 15th, I celebrated my 33rd birthday and trip around this planet, we call earth. Man, do i feel old. I know what yall are saying. Im not, but damn, i sure like it. It was a pretty relaxing day. I had a special Birthday lunch with Steph, at Wasabi's. Yum. Hibachi japan style. it was delicious. Didnt do a cak this year. Everyone was either busy or working, and it was all goo. I understood the situation. I started watching my all time favorite trilogy. STAR WARS! I am watching them in the order lucas labeled them....1-6. Its funny that something i love as a fan so much, got its start around my birth. Some of you reading this part, are now saying " damn. I was Eight when i saw the original movie, in the movie cineplex." I have always had a passion for the epic that Lucas has created and brought to us. Well, Later on that afternoon, of my Birthday, I went to play some softball with my wife and a few of our friends for a bit. This is where the injury part takes place. While i was Pitching to my wife, she hit a ball straight towards me. My instinct was to cover my nuts. I did. The Ball, Slammed into my upper thigh. Oh the agony. But i will live. Im bruised and i walk with a hobble, but at least the boys are intact and still working ( I think ).

Well in between that and last night, ive spent it mostly working and battling on Ebay. Well last night and into the wee morning of today, i finally won and have been wanting one of these for a while. A dvd Camcorder. To me its everything i wanted. ill use it for videos and ghost hunting and just recording and capturing, moment in time. I didnt want to buy it new and pay a fortune but with some birthday money from mom and lady luck on my side, i won it.

So here i sit now, at work, finishing up this post, with wednesday and thursday off. Probably gonna geocache and hike if the weather is nice. Ive got a fundraiser meeting thursday night. It should be interesting. Thanks again to those who have read this and continue to support me and read this. Im not the most entertaining at time, but i do try. So until next time.........

Ya'll stay hard, keep jammin' and we'll see ya.....

Monday and the day after.

Greetings once again everyone, its the Weirdoking blogging to you, and wishing everyone a good hello. Its monday. Blah. The day that everyone dreads. The day that the coffee consumption is used the mosy, unless your a java junkie ( i know a few). It a day that we all refuse to get out of bed to start yet again, another week of pain and suffering in our jobs. I guess for me, my job is ok. I mean i wouldnt be writing this and playing on twitter and tumblr, if my job didnt allow it. thank god for technology. The only thing i hate about my job is the pay. And who dont. We all probably think that we are overworked and underpaid. Our goldmine is out there. When we find it we just know. Well with that being stated, yesterday, of course we all know was Mothers day. I want to take time out to say to my Mom, Is, "Thank you for everything and making the man i am today, without you i wouldnt be here." And to all the mothers and gaurdians that take care of children, I say thanks. To all the hot moms and woman, I say thanks! And im just curious when they will have a happy milfs day. A seperate single day to call out and appreciate all thing milfs. There are a few on my list. And im sure there are a few on yours. As for the rest of this week, i dont see anything crazy coming of it but will post accordingly. Thanks to all who read and comment.

So until next time......

Ya'll stay hard, Keep jammin', and we'll see ya.

Happy 5th of May

Hello again. Its the Weirdo King again, making an impressive third straight day in a row blog. Alert the media, and no im not sick. I told you all it was coming and i was going to blog more, due to insoirations and thing that have recently happened in my life ( i'll blog about that in later days to come ). Well folks today is Cinco De Mayo. It Probably has a good significance, but im not sure why. Sure i probably was taught it in school, but damn, that was a long time ago and ive drank and slept, since then. Anyway, today is a special day that, if for one day a year, it gives us white folks the excuse to become mexican, and drink like crazy fishes ( not saying that mexicans are drunks or crazy, i embrace all races. ) Working in the mall location, i work at, the local mexican eatery, is getting ready for a big crowd and todays festivities. Im sure after work, i too will join in and have a few margarita myself. 1,2, 32. whos counting. To everyone, happy 5th, drink a 5th,

but be safe. Kiss a mexican. they deserve it today! Oh, and as a public service to those out and about drinking today and enjoying in the fun. Watch out for this man. He is mean and will steal your women and booze. He aint afraid to cut someone. But if you by him a taco and a corona with lime, he will be your best friend, until he wakes up or sobers up and realizes. lol.

So until next time.....

Ya'll stay hard, Keep jammin', and we'll see ya.

Lend me your ears and breast!

Hello folks. Its the Weirdoking, coming to you, in the form of a blog, delivering a public service announcement, in the only style i know how. My style. Every Wednesday, the fine folks of twitter i follow, promote #Boobie Wednesday. A way to promote Breast Cancer Awareness, among women and men alike. And thats what some men dont realize. Cancer, doesnt limit itself to one sex or one body part. It can happen to us men as well. In our breast. Go ahead guys, laugh it up, for those that dont believe it. Its true. Well anyway, enough about the stupidity in some men, back to the subject at hand. On Boobie Wednesday, The girls of Twitter ( And no, its nothing like the girls of wal-mart), change their avi pics to pictures of their boobies, cleavage, or erotic nipple shots. For me, Seeing boobs, is always a plus. But as is, this subject has a deeper meaning. Please. To all my friends. Guys and girls alike, please have an exam done every so often. I have lost friends and loved ones breast cancer. And not just limited to breast, but in other places. I have come more recently close to a bunch of people who read my blogs as well as who follow me on twitter. I hope someday to meet each and evry single one of you in person, and not in a way of throwing flowers and greiving over your grave. While i may joke and offer my services to do breast exams on the ladies. Please take me serious when i say, " HAVE YOURSELF CHECKED !!! " Breasts are beautiful, but your lives are worth so much more than a pound or two of fat and flesh or even death. Does this look sexy. To me, it does. you wanna no why? Because she is still alive to share her life with her family anf friends. She can share her story and put awareness into everyone she meets. I hope, my writing hasnt offended anyone or scared anyone. I love each and every one of yall.

Until next time.. Ya'll stay hard, keep jammin, and we'll see ya!

Peace.

Reflecting on something dear to my heart!

So by now, everyone knows, has heard, and is even tired of hearing the news, that kept everyone up late on Sunday night. The ratings for every major network probably increased with the news of Bin Laden's timely death, at the hands of our U.S Millitary Armed Forces. I was both shocked, surprised and tearfully overcome. Even though terrorism isnt far from over, the welcoming of this was awesome news. As a Firefighter/First Responder, the events of 9/11, have always been in my heart. Brotherhood doesnt just stay in one firehall. It spans coast to coast, nationwide. Over my career as a firefighter, I have come to know some great people. Some close, some far. Some still alive, some no longer with us. Since 9/11, More have lost their lives. And not just Firefighters. People, like you and me, loved ones, husbands and wifes, fathers and mothers. Friends. Millitary service men and women. This truly hit home. Watching the President speak, seeing the crowds rejoice. a smile on my face. On CNN, shortly after the official announcement, they flashed this picture on the screen. I pondered about the past 9 1/2 years. The war on terror has had its ups and downs. The Brotherhood of Firefighters around the world grew stronger. Our Millitary got Stronger. One by one, Leaders that needed to be taken down, fell at the hands of us. Since 9/11, lives still continued to be lost, due to our fight against those who wished to harm us. To me, hearing this news on Sunday, really didnt cause for celebrating. Especially death. Sure, he killed and caused the death of over hundreds and hundreds of innocent lives. But was this piece of shit (Osama Bin Laden), worth all this attention . Not one time during and after the presidents speech, did we ever get a moment of silence to remember those lost. And then i saw this. Firefighter and millitary, and citizens, in the streets, in the area of what once was the towers, celebrating, laughing, hugging, crying and reflecting. A moment of silence was observed for all gone. Brotherhood, at that moment, wasnt just contained to firefighters. It united us all. I personally want to thank all involved. From Police, Fire, Ems, and the millitary. You truly hold a special place in my heart. And for those, who read this. Thank you for taking the time to read it. And when you get a chance, gives thanks in your own special way.

Until next post.......

Ya'll stay hard, keep jammin' and we'll see ya,

Peace!
